• It’s 100% virtual with weekly touchpoints for four and a half months. The series offers a “best of both worlds” blend of self-directed, “any time, any place learning” and facilitated virtual group sessions using the Zoom video platform.
• Content is delivered in bite-sized chunks that learners can consume all at once and immediately apply the insight gained. This approach fits with the attention and scheduling demands of today’s learners.

You will receive a link to a virtual learning platform called "Lessonly" one week before the first virtual meeting. The link with the independent work will be shared ahead of each session.

When you receive the first link, follow the instructions below to set up your account:

• You will be prompted to create a password when first logging in to Lessonly.
  If you are unable to create a password, select “Can’t remember your password” under the Sign In button.
• Once you get logged into Lessonly, close out the browser and then click the link once again and it will take you straight into the lesson.

Each week, participants will watch micro-learning videos, absorb concepts and new information in self-directed pre-work, engage in a 90-minute group session focused on the leadership topic, and then apply their learnings through follow-up reinforcement and practice.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness to all participants and our team.

Rescheduling Policy

• We allow one complimentary reschedule per registrant if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled training.
• A $250 rescheduling fee will be assessed for any additional or consecutive reschedule requests.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to scheduling@advisa.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All training payments are non-refundable. Once registration is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
• If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance with the substitute’s name and contact information.
