By the end of this training, you’ll not only understand the science of PI but also feel confident applying it across the employee lifecycle to build a stronger, more intentional culture.

Yes! Two things:

1. Please bring around 10 printed PI profiles with you to review in training. Include people you work with regularly and profiles of people who report to you. 
2. Your laptop. Please bring a charged laptop or tablet for logging into the PI software. 

The training will be held at ADVISA's headquarters in Carmel, IN. The exact training address is 211 West Main Street, Suite 200 Carmel IN 46032. The parking garage address is 25 3rd Avenue SW, Carmel, IN 46032. 

Parking is available on-site at no additional cost. 

Yes, you must have an active Predictive Index login prior to attending the training. If you don't have one yet, please contact your account administrator to receive your login.

This prerequisite ensures you can fully participate in all practical exercises during the training.

Rescheduling Policy

• We allow one complimentary reschedule per registrant if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled training.
• A $250 rescheduling fee will be assessed for any additional or consecutive reschedule requests.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to scheduling@advisa.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All training payments are non-refundable. Once registration is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
• If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance with the substitute’s name and contact information.
